• Terms of Service

I. GENERAL

- I, the Artist, reserve the right to refuse any Commission request without justification.
- I reserve the right to cancel or cease a Commission if the Terms of Service have been breached.
- By making the payment, Client affirms that they have read, understood and agreed to the Terms of Service.

II. payment

- Price will be discussed and agreed upon before the commencement of the Commission.
- Payments must be made in full before commencement of the Commission.
- All payments are in USD and will be processed via Paypal. Paypal fees are included in the final price.

III. INITIATION

Client must specify the content of the Commission to the best of their ability. This includes:
- Visual reference material of the subject matter and/or characters
- A written description
- Desired size dimensions of the final Commission
- Desired file formatComplex and/or time sensitive Commissions may incur additional fees.

IV. PRODUCTION

Client will be emailed low resolution files during each stage of Commission. The number of stages will vary according to the nature of the Commission.Client has the right to request:
- General edits to sketch and base colours
- Two (2) major revisions during sketch phase
- Three (3) major edits during line art phaseAdditional revisions or edits requested during the final/rendering stage will incur additional fees.Client will receive a digital download of the final Commission in their desired size and file format.

V. OWNERSHIP & USAGE POLICY

- I retain the copyright to the final Commission and thus retain the right to display the final Commission in my personal gallery and in any professional or promotional setting.
- I will not profit off the final Commission unless discussed with Client beforehand.- Client retains the right to the Intellectual Property (IP).
- Client may display the Commission in any personal gallery or website.
- Client does not have the right to profit off the Commission (reselling, reproducing, printing, merchandising, etc.).
- Client does not have the right to mint/sell the Commission for Non-fungible Tokens (NFTs).
- Client does not have the right to use the Commission within or for AI generative purposes
- The Commission is only permitted for Personal Use.- Commissions for Commercial or Monetary Use must be discussed with the Artist further.

VI. CANCELLATIONS

- Refunds may only be issued before production has started and are not permitted once the Commission has been commenced.
- A partial refund will be issued if the Artist cannot finish the final Commission.

Short for magazine, a zine is small self-published booklet with a specialised theme. Fanzines in particular typically feature a collection of fan-made content such as fanart, comics and fan fiction.Moderators lead, organise and curate fanzine projects. Contributors create work for the fanzine.
